Orders placed before 11am Mon-Fri: Same Day Dispatch

Orders placed after 11am Mon-Fri and weekends: Dispatched Next Business Day

- Please note that the processing time can slightly increase especially over high demand periods such as Christmas, Valentine's, Easter etc.

All orders are posted via Royal Mail with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2-4 business days.

- Please note that this is not a tracked or guaranteed service and as such we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. The delivery timeframe is only estimated, and delivery may take longer especially during peak periods or due to delays in the postal system.

Orders up to £3.00 will be charged at £1.10 postage  

Orders up to £9.00 will be charged at £1.55 postage   

Orders up to £25.00 will be charged at £2.00 postage

All orders over £25.00 will be free delivery

Note : Unfortunately, due to GPSR we no longer ship to Northern Ireland.

Returns and Refunds

We understand the importance of getting your order right and we are committed to ensuring you are happy with every purchase from Wolfe and Pumpkin.

Our Returns and Refund Policy is designed to be straightforward to ensure that you feel confident and satisfied throughout your shopping experience with us. Please review the below detailed information to understand how we handle cancellations, refunds, and other aspects related to your orders.

Errors or Omissions: 

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to carefully examine their personalisation for accuracy, this includes spelling and grammar, before placing an order. Once the customer has placed the order, no modifications can be made, and Wolfe and Pumpkin cannot issue any refunds for errors or omissions made by the customer. Please refer to section 3 of our Terms and Conditions. If your order contains printing faults and the details are not as per your original personalisation, this would be considered defective, please read below on how to return or replace a defective item.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please let us know within 5 days from receipt by contacting Wolfe and Pumpkin via email wolfeandpumpkin@gmail.com or through our contact form here. When contacting us please provide your name, order number, details of the issue and photographic evidence of the defect or damage – this will not only help us to improve our processes, if necessary, but also supports any claims with our delivery carrier.

We will offer a reprint (free of charge) for defective or damaged items or, if you choose to keep the item despite the damage, we may issue a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

If you opt to receive a full refund for defective or damaged Product(s), we will refund you the total amount paid, including any delivery charges, within 7 days of receiving evidence of the Product(s)’ condition.

Please be aware that we do not offer both a reprint and a refund for the same item.

Cancellations:

All products are made-to-order and we usually do not accept cancellation requests once your order has been processed and sent to production. However, we understand and accept that, if your order is still in the early stages, there may be a possibility of cancellation, and therefore ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

If your order has gone into production, is completed and/or dispatched, then cancellation is not feasible.

Returns:

Most Product(s) offered on the Wolfe and Pumpkin website are personalised and made-to-order, returns are not accepted for personalised items unless they are defective or have arrived damaged – please see the ‘defective and damaged’ section above for further information on returns and refunds in this instance.

Returns can be accepted for non-personalised items, if you wish to return your product please contact Wolfe and Pumpkin via email wolfeandpumpkin@gmail.com or through our contact form here, please provide your name, order number and reason for return, we will then provide further details and instructions. Please be aware that returns will only be accepted in their original, unopened packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and advise if you are eligible for a refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note in this case, the delivery cost of a returned item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges:

We regret to inform you that items cannot be exchanged, even in instances of defects or damages, we can only reprint the original order, any modifications to the original order (on a reprint) will constitute a new order and is therefore subject to be charged.
