About Our Greeting Cards

If the greeting card has the option for personalisation there will be box underneath the product title. There, you will find information regarding which aspects of the design you are able to personalise and a little box for you to enter the details and add that personal touch!

We don't currently offer this option, we believe that in this increasingly digital world, there is sentimental value and significance in receiving a handwritten card and as such we have chosen not to offer a printed message inside the card. The inside of the card is left blank for you to write your own message and then give directly to the recipient.
We also do not print any sentiment inside the cards such as 'Happy Birthday', 'Happy Anniversary' etc. as many of our designs can be used for multiple occasions so we like to leave this blank and you can handwrite anything you like on the inside to make it extra special!

Currently our processing time is between 1 and 2 working days, however we do try our best to complete all orders placed before 11am on the same day.
At present all orders are posted via Royal Mail with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2-4 business days.

We only offer one size in our range of Greeting Cards - 14.8 x 14.8 cm / 6 x 6 inches (approx.)

We are most certainly all about being eco-friendly and sustainable, all our greeting cards are made from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified cardstock, FSC certified products certify that wood, paper and other forest products are made with materials from well-managed forests and/or recycled sources. Our FSC cardstock is luxury 300gsm, white lightly textured card from Fedrigoni special papers and not only does it look amazing but it's also recyclable!  Kraft envelopes are included with all greeting cards as a standard, all envelopes are 100% recycled and recyclable. All of our orders are completely plastic free. As an alternative, we use biodegradable cello bags that are made from renewable plant based material rather than plastic. Bulk orders are wrapped in 100% recycled tissue paper.  We use hardbacked envelopes to pack orders as well as re use of old packing boxes and brown paper along with recycled brown tape to pack larger orders.

Our lovely greeting cards don't just stop at the card itself - we also included a recycled kraft envelope.

We do not have any ongoing discounts/promotions however, from time to time we do have some great offers available where you can take full advantage and stock up on our cards for your upcoming occasions! Any promotions will be shown at the top of our home page so keep an eye out for them and if you have signed up to receive notifications or you have an account with us, we do like to surprise our lovely customers!
Any discount codes, promotions etc. offered are at Wolfe and Pumpkin’s discretion and may be subject to time restrictions.

About Your Order

There is no need to set up an account, just find the product you love, add to basket and checkout as our guest! If you are thinking of ordering on multiple occasions however it may be worth starting an account to make ordering that little bit easier, you will also be able to see previous orders and be the first to know when we have any sales or promotions!

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email containing all the details including your order number. It will also be on any further emails you receive from us with updates on your order.

Throughout the order process you will be provided with updates regarding the status of your order. Once your order has been dispatched it is out of our control and in the hands of Royal Mail - there is an estimated delivery timeframe of 2-4 business days.
If you order has not arrived after 6 business days, please do get in touch and we can do our best to help.

All products are made-to-order and we usually do not accept cancellation / edit requests once your order has been processed and sent to production. However, we understand and accept that, if your order is still in the early stages, there may be a possibility of cancellation or a change to the wording and therefore ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss/cancel your order.
If your order has gone into production, is completed and/or dispatched, then cancellation or any modification is not feasible.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to carefully examine their personalisation for accuracy, this includes spelling and grammar, before placing an order. Proof reading is not something that we offer.

We will provide you with an estimated delivery date but please bear in mind that on occasion there are delays in some areas with our postal service which are out of our control. Although the delivery timeframe is approximately 2-4 business days, it is just an estimate and we do ask if you can please wait until 6 business days have passed before we consider that your order may be lost. You are more than welcome to get in touch for any updates and of course any potential replacements should your item be lost.

Most Product(s) offered on the Wolfe and Pumpkin website are personalised and made-to-order, returns are not accepted for personalised items unless they are defective or have arrived damaged – please see the ‘defective and damaged’ section of our Delivery and Returns Policy for further information on returns and refunds in this instance.
Returns can only be accepted for non-personalised items, if you wish to return your product please contact Wolfe and Pumpkin via email wolfeandpumpkin@gmail.com or through our contact form here, please provide your name, order number and reason for return, we will then provide further details and instructions. Please be aware that returns will only be accepted in their original, unopened packaging.
